Use the stairs more often – a great way to add a little cardio exercise into your day
Active doesn’t mean strenuous – don’t assume you have to be a regular gym visitor – walking rather than driving can be a great way to keep fit
Park further away – don’t always look for the space closest to the building
Be phone mobile – stand up or walk around while on the phone rather than sitting – stretching your spine and legs, and getting in a few extra steps
Mind and body – being active is just as good for your mood, stress levels and mental health as it is for your physical health
