Strengthening your Core
Strengthening your core is the perfect way to support and help your back. With this in mind, I thought I would share some of my favourite core stability exercises.

A few handy tips:
Desk job or more active - whether you sit at a desk all day or have a more active lifestyle, it's still important to do these 'core exercises' to help your back.
Regularity - making this part of your every day activity is the best way to gain maximum benefit. Try and find a regular time each day that works for you. Just 10 minutes each day will soon pay dividends, and is more beneficial than trying to do too much just once or twice per week.
Cardio add on - these exercises are great for strengthening your lower back and pelvis. They are a perfect addition to any cardiovascular exercise you do already - be that walking, running, cycling or going to the gym (when they finally re-open!)
Pain free - a reminder that these exercises are designed for back maintenance. Please do not attempt these if you are in pain - wait until we've sorted you out first!
