The Benefits of a Blended Approach
In recent months, many of our patients have come to us with chronic problems aggravated by poor posture and lack of exercise. We may well have given you exercises to do at home, and talked about the advantages of a blended approach to your treatment by having the occasional massage.
Sports massage can be very beneficial in reducing muscle tension, which in turn places less strain on the skeletal system and joints. If you experience recurring work or posture induced problems you could find that not only does sports massage reduce your symptoms, but it also results in fewer chiropractic treatments.
What is Sports Massage?
Sports Massage focuses on treating specific minor and chronic injuries. Through techniques such as deep tissue massage and active/passive stretching your muscle fibres can be loosened and realigned. Whilst this is very beneficial to athletes, patients with chronic issues such as postural or anxiety/stress tension and other back and neck pains can also improve.

What Alice says:
"My aim is to deliver a high quality treatment to help people live a pain and injury free life, and carry on their activities for as long as possible - whether that's on the sports field, or at home or work. It's why I called my business Moving with Ease - I believe that's how people should be able to move and live.
I have been through numerous rehabilitation programs myself, so I understand the frustrations that injuries, aches and pains can cause, and how debilitating it can be. I will work one to one with you to ensure you get the treatment and help specific to your needs.
I look forward to meeting you soon."
